Physiotherapy Led Kinesiology

Active Rehab - Kinesiology is a specialized treatment tailored to specific movements, harnessing the advantages of a Physiotherapist alongside the precision of a Kinesiologist. You'll be guided by a team of dedicated experts committed to minimizing prolonged injuries and pain, while enhancing your body's strength and boosting your confidence.

Physio Led Kinesiology commences with a virtual comprehensive and in-depth assessment conducted by one of our licensed Physiotherapist, who will craft a customized treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs.

 

Subsequently, in your subsequent session(s), a Kinesiologist, under the guidance of the Physio,

will administer the program in-person at your preferred Club16 Location,

virtually or in our New West Location. 

 

You may be eligible to bill for this service under PHYSIO on your extended health plan.
